Bill Schaefer - Principal

Bill has over 30 years’ experience in successfully managing accounts receivable for physician groups ranging from single practitioners to large multi-specialty groups. Bill was co-founder of Colorado Medical Consultants (CMC) which he sold to a national firm.

Mathew Levine - Principal

Mat’s background includes positions of senior management at Johnson & Johnson and at Pfizer, Inc. Mat brings over 25 years’ experience to ProClaim in successfully providing innovative yet cost effective solutions to physicians of all specialties. Mat is listed in Who’s Who of Executives, and Who’s Who of Professionals.

Cynthia Conger - Office Manager

Cindie has worked with physician groups for 30 years in positions of increasing responsibility. She is an expert at managing accounts receivable and staff training/employee development. Cindie routinely manages A/R conversions from physician practices and rapidly collects the aged receivables.
